The Complexity and Simplicity of Energy

The seeming regularity and concurrent randomness of energy pathways are evident in the displays of electrical phenomena. Every flash of electricity – static sparks, high voltage arcs and lightening itself – resembles every other. Perhaps a certain familiarity exists in the flow of energy. At the deepest level, there is only quantum uncertainty and metaphysical maya. And yet the feeling we receive when we are able to tap into these flows is indescribable. This is the true art of healing and the point of being on the path.

Theories of Metaphysics

One of the fundamental beliefs in metaphysical healing is the Theory of Similarities. The mind of a person will arrange information in a way that fits the organizational structure that is a part of a person’s spiritual nature. An equivalent structure is occupied by the emotional information and of course there are others.

The Theory of Similarities is a tool that was given to us by the ancients. There never were guarantees that it was a complete nor universal tool. In most applications, that tool is a profound guiding compass in understanding metaphysical phenomena. Another tool given us by the ancients is the Theory of Coincidence and of course there are others.

Stones of wonder and stones of power are often used as examples of the resultants of the application of the Theories in areas where the parameters of the situation extend far beyond our concepts of space, time, matter and energy. We obviously have much to learn.

Theory of Healing

Heart of Duality

Theories of healing usually address methodology rather than a systematic, energy-based structure. The art of being able to practice metaphysical arts, especially healing, can be looked at as a foundation of true spirituality. However, this does not in itself enable diagnosis nor the specifics of cures composed of elements of different spiritual paths. Many healers specialize in specific forms of healing. This can lead to situations where you practice healing using the only tools you have.

It would be far better to have available any and all healing tools. The combination of multiple techniques is recognized, even in traditional medicine, as one healing tool in the treatment of complex or persistent illnesses. Healers can then provide palliative methods and tools that can be used over a longer period of time than healing sessions. The educational component of healing is perhaps the greatest thing a healer can do. Move the treatment back to those who need healing. Metaphysical Healers always look for opportunities to strongly advise the use of healing tools as a continuance of a healing session.

Stones that Are Still Alive

Stones are formed by many processes. They are reformed by heat, pressure and tectonic forces. Stones most often break and wear to sand. Others can and have been broken but have somehow healed and stayed alive. The forces of the Spirit of the Earth are unimaginable.

Stones may sometimes be affected by the forces of heat and pressure. Some great motion tore this stone nearly in two. When the stone is grasped by the open end and squeezed, the stone will slightly give. It is an unusual feeling, a common stone that has a nature like that of a metal spring. The little block shaped piece in the triangular hole can be moved. It does not fall out.

With such characteristics, Shaman feels that this stone shares a degree of life with all of us.

Stones Are the Tools of the Spirit

As the energy and power of the Spirit of the Earth fill us with life, so does the Earth itself release it's body and retain it's ability to hold spiritual images, even that of living beings.

The traces of the crystal remain as the body is dissolved, an infinity later still the crystal will dissolve and its spiritual energy will rejoin the Spirit of the Earth.

The Basis of the Arts of Healing

The arts of healing arise inside us whether we want them or not. There are rare humans who have trained themselves to be unaffected by the pain and suffering of themselves and others. Yet even they in their life experiences will often betray their connection with the Spirit of the Earth. So it is that one day we decide to try to do something about it. We look for what we believe are the tools that possess the characteristics necessary to restore health or at the very minimum, the lack of pain.

The goal of every healer is to understand and know enough to apply the right tools in the right situation. To this end, we study how the body and mind are held together by the nervous system, an electromagnetically resonating entity of energy. Each of knows that the pain we feel in a body part is really being felt by the nervous system far away but immediately present. The healer’s art is to align the Spirit of the Earth with the Spirit of the Person using the natural portals of energy and information.

There are many senses that we use beyond the grossly physical. Shaman has always felt that the sense of balance is usually disregarded. Other tools such as taste, touch and aroma offer specific ways of affecting the Spirit of the Person. We follow our path by learning of this and applying this knowledge in all our relationships.
