There is a fascination that is created by the sound of rhythmic percussion that is thought to affect the use of power objects. While sound itself can be amplified and used for any number of positive or negative industrial and medical purposes, this indicates primarily the sensitivity of the physical vessel rather than any fundamental metaphysical shortcoming. This is why we typically associate high pitched sound with high intensity energy where no real association exists. Perhaps the crackle of the thunder still frightens us.
Power Objects may possess a quality of warmth or coolness. This may be considered an illusory quality as it cannot be described in terms of room temperature or body temperature. Many cannot recognize this quality and so it has remained an ill defined aspect. Healers know these perceptions as a very important part of the healing process and are able to control the warmth and coolness of their healing instruments especially their hands. With sound and subtle energy, healing can occur.
